Hi, I am Jeneen McNally,

I am a certified change management expert and energizing international communication trainer based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I specialize in leading change management projects in state and local government, and technology.

I offer a people-centered, holistic approach to your change and lead you through the process with ease, compassion, and dedication. I know that change should be impactful but also realistic, so I develop strategies that are both easy to implement and effective.
